Sugaring Preperation

 Grow out your hair

Ensure that your hair is at least 1/2 of an inch long (the length of a grain of rice) typically about 2 weeks' worth of hair growth. No need to trim if it's longer than that!

Cleanse & exfoliate your skin

Gently exfoliate at least two days prior to your appointment, you can use something as gentle as a washcloth. Please ensure you arrive to your appointment with personal hygeine standards in mind. Avoid using any chemical exfoliants on your face at least 3-5 day prior to your appointment.

Wear something comfortable

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes to your appointment to help prevent irritation post visit. You can also bring a change of undergarments for the completion of your appointment.

Consult your doctor about over the counter pain meds

If you are nervous about the discomfort during your service, ask your doctor if you are a good candidate for taking over the counter pain medicine prior to your service.

Lash Lift & Brow Lamination
Preparation

Avoid Using eye make-up, false lashes or contacts on the day of your appointment

When getting your lashes lifted, you'll want to remove any eye make-up, lashes or contact lenses prior to your appointment so you don't experience any irritation.

Be prepared to sit still

During your lash lift appointment, your eyes will be closed & we'll be making sure that your lashes are in the proper placement for your ideal curl. Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment because it can make your eyes flutter. You can bring headphones or take a lash nap during this time if needed! The whole process will take about an hour to an hour and a half.

Avoid using any active ingredients in your skincare routine 5 days before your brow lamination.

Active ingredients such as retinol, mandelic acid, glycolic acid and salicylic acid can make your skin more sensitive & cause excess irritation, skin lifting or dryness to your brows before lamination. So, it's ideal to skip the actives for the best results!

Have some inspiration photos ready for your brow lamination

We want to be able to give you the best experience possible and make sure you leave with the results you're looking for. We can take a look at your inspiration photos and let you know if those results are achievable based on your natural brow shape & color!
