Check out our Frequently Asked Questions about our policies and booking!

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We ask that all guests give us at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling their appointment. This allows us to have enough time to book in any other guests on our waiting list. If your appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours' notice your card on file will be charged 75% of the services booked. If you don't show up to your appointment without notifying us, you'll be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file and you may not be able to book with us in the future.
Thanks for understanding that we are a small business and value our designated times with our guests!

If I don't see a time to book on the website is there a chance that you still have an opening?

All of our booking is done through our online booking system, it will automatically update if any openings become available. You can add yourself to the waitlist and list specific days & times that work for you in case there is a cancellation & the system will email you when it's available.
Please keep in mind that everyone on the waitlist that fits in this time frame is emailed & appointments are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We always recommend booking an appointment to ensure you have an appointment because cancellations aren't guaranteed.
Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?

For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that only guests being serviced arrive to their appointment because the studio is a small salon suite there isn't room in the space for extra guests. Minors, extra guests or pets (with the exception of service animals) are not permitted in the studio at this time.
I'm under 18 can I receive services with parental consent?

Due to insurance policies, we are unable to provide services to minors at this time.
